HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Sometimes packages will take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your gear.

We'll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO A RETAIL STORE?

Goods purchased from Archiejacobson.com must be returned via our online returns system. Goods purchased from our retail stores need to be returned to the store from which those goods were purchased.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT VOUCHER?

If any product purchased with a gift voucher is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original gift voucher.

WHO GETS REFUNDED IF I RETURN A GIFT?

The refund will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.

HOW DO I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM?

The customer cervice team operates on Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays) from 10:00am to 6.00pm (Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time). You can also email us at archie@archiejacobson.com, or call us at 347-395-1040.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind, ArchieJacobson.com provides three returns options:

1. Exchange for an alternate size/color (subject to stock availability)

2. Store Credit to your online account (for customers with a ArchieJacobson.com member account)

3. Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal). A $7.95 back to stock fee will be applicable

On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal) will be refunded.

 

STEPS FOR RETURNS:

Step 1: Process the return packing slip and return shipping label. If you do not have an account, you may return your order from the Customer Log in page.

Log into your account from the Sign In page (contact us for the RMA#).

Please Note: If your return will require two or more boxes, only select the items you will be sending in the first box, and continue.

Step 2: Pack your items and attach your new label and attach visible RMA#.

You can either use the original Archie box that you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

Step 3: Drop off the return package to your local UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground facility.

Once the package is picked up or dropped off, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and your credit card has been processed. Refunds will be returned to you by the method of payment  as the original order and can only be applied to the same credit card. Your credit card from ArchieJacobson.com will be reduced by $7.95 for this return shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Alternatively, you may use your own method of shipping; however you are responsible for postage/insurance. We strongly suggest you add insurance for tracking purposes in case of a lost or stolen package. Please fill out the return form at the bottom of your packing slip, and include it with the merchandise along with your invoice that came with the purchase. Remember to package your return item(s)and include your RMA# on the Label .

We believe in upholding the highest possible ethical standards and we hold our partners to the same high standards that we hold ourselves. In order to offer competitive prices we often work with suppliers in the developing world, in countries such as China, Canada, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Fiji. However, we would never choose them on the basis of price alone.

We investigate the working conditions and hours of all our suppliers, their occupational health and safety practices, their compliance with legislated minimum wages and their adherence to global child labour and environmental laws. This information is combined with an assessment of the quality of their output and their ability to meet the varied requirements of our customers.

Today we have more than 45 accredited offshore suppliers and over 250 local suppliers, some of whom have been our partners for over 20 years. They are all regularly and thoroughly audited to ensure they maintain the standards we demand.
